Case Description
I have cavities, broken teeth, staining. Will probably need some widsom teeth removed and maybe some root canals. I would like to have this work done ASAP and with as few appointments as necessary due to my anxiety. Nothing hurts right now but that is just a matter of time. I do not currently have a dentist or dental insurance but am willing to purchase some. Since all dentists take different insurance I'm not sure who to get insurance through so any help in this matter would also be greatly appreciated! I have a friend who works for a dental laboratory and she is willing to provide me with any crowns, etc that I would need and I am hoping this would be acceptable. I can pay upto $1500 down but anything over that and I would need to make monthly payments. My family has a history of bad teeth and my mom, brother and son all need to get work done also. SO HERE'S HOPING THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO CAN HELP! Also if anyone is interested I would be willing to exchange bookkeeping service for dental work, it doesn't hurt to ask. Right? THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

It seems that it has been a long time since your last dental examination. This visual and x-ray exam would be a good place to start. The cost would be just under $200. and the benefit would be that you will have an opportunity to discuss your concerns and "wish list" with the staff and me. We will complete our treatment plan for you, and the x-rays are yours to use should you decide to get several opinions before proceeding with any treatment. Smiling with confidence is certainly possible, and yet we need to listen to what that means to you before we can possibly create a treatment plan and fee estimate that is valid. Since you are planing to invest substantial money into your teeth and dental health, be sure you are working with an office that understands you and will help you see this project through to completion. We look forward to your call.

Wow, it sounds like you have a lot going on. It also sounds like you have thought a lot about your mouth. The first place to start is to have everything examined well. From there we can help you establish priorities and your budget. There are a number of ways to make this affordable. You are on the right track to start to handle this now before it gets painful. Unfortunately, all of this just gets more bothersome and more expensive the longer it goes. In terms of your anxiety, i''''m POSITIVE that I can find an option to help get you comfortable. Feeling confident that it will all go OK, is just as important as the work itself.Feel free to email me directly if you have other specific questions.and YES, there IS someone out here who CAN help!Best Wishes,DR SG
