Case Description
I am an 18 year old student at LCCC (Laramie County Community College) in Laramie Wyoming. I have extremely bad teeth with much decay mostly in my back teeth (top and bottom) to the point where some teeth have rotted away. My front teeth are all in pretty decent condition meaning they are straight but have slight decay as well. I have x-rays and a regular dentist who has begun my dental work but can only do so much every long once in awhile. I need a dentist who would be willing to do the bulk of my dental work/all of my work in possibly a period of two days or so. I'd like someone who would be willing to put me to sleep and do whatever they could to fix my teeth. I love the work my dentist does but i am getting impatient due to extreme! pain and having to constantly hide my teeth everytime i talk or laugh!!! I even fear brushing my teeth at night because it hurts so much! I also need a dentist who would be willing to take monthly payments to pay everything off because let's face it they only way i'm gonna be able to pay it all off right away is if i win the lottery and we all know that doesn't just happen. I know there has to be a dentist somewhere who would do this work in the world and i'm determined to find them so i can begin a new life with a confident smile and a pain free day! I really appreciate anyone who replies to this, thanks for reading.

Your Reply:Hi, My practice is in Lakewood, Colorado. About 10 miles SW of downtown Denver. It is apparent that you need quite a bit of dental work. We have seen many patients in your condition. First step is always a complete examination to determine exact problem. This consists of LISTENING to the patient, an oral cancer screening, medical evaluation, gingival exam, occlusal analysis, evaluation of the teeth, then coming up with a comprehensive treatment plan to address all of the patient''''''''s needs. Many patients have their dental work completed while they sleep. This requires IV sedation. If the patient has good credit they would make payments the same as they would for a car.
