When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
  • Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
  • Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description, special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
  • Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
  • Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors. Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Cost Estimate: $150-294
Hello!

I''''m so sorry to hear that your tooth is causing these problems! It''''s not uncommon though for a wisdom tooth to cause problems later in life, just because of where it is in the oral cavity, and some of the complications that the tissues in that area can cause. The cost estimate of taking this tooth out can vary, but can run anywhere between $151 if the tooth is in good condition and not too soft or decayed, or it can run $294 if the tooth is going to be more difficult to remove. This is assuming that I understand you correctly, and that the x-rays don''''t show any unusual complications. I know there aren''''t many dentists (other than Comfort Dental and places like that) that are open on Fridays, but we actually work Fridays and I can take that tooth out for you this afternoon at 1pm if you''''d like to get it done before the weekend. Otherwise, the next available time I''''d have is Tuesday of next week. We can give you laughing gas and local anesthetic if you''''re nervous, or we can just give you local anesthetic if you''''re not too nervous. In addition, if you''''re REALLY nervous, I can call in a prescription for valium that you can take 1 hour prior to your appointment, but you''''d have to have someone else drive you to and from the appointment today. If you''''d like to get this taken care of, you can call our office at (303) 693-1215 and talk to Traci or Stacy and we''''ll get you taken care of! I''''m so sorry that this is causing you so much trouble.

Cost Estimate: $ No Estimate at this time. Additional information required.
Hi,

The would depend on a few factors. Surgical or nonsurical extraction, impacted, partial boney impaction, full boney impaction, etc Do you need to be knocked out, or sedated? What type of XR''''s will be required

I don''''t directly answaring your question. An examination needs to be completed first, then all of you questions should be answared.

Kind of like asking how much to fix a car engine, without knowing the type of car.

Hope this helps, Good luck
