1. An old filling fell out (got it when I was 10 or so...I'm 38 now). Huge pain...Lower right molar. 2. Gum receeding upper right corner where wisdom tooth was pulled years ago. ...Exposed bone. Hurts bad. Cheek bone hurts and lower mandible. OTC painkillers barely dent it.

Sounds like you are really having some problems, sorry to hear that. Step one, get into the office right away so you can have the problems sorted out and begin to get relief and some sleep tonight. From there we can determine what else may be getting ready to go wrong and try to prevent that from happening. I am also suspicious that you are having some TMJ problems on top of your toothache. Once we identify the problems, then we can set an estimate and try to fit that into your budget. EVEN if it feels better today, take action now!
