I never have to worry about being in pain during any procedure. Dr. Nyvold makes of that. He is friendly and gets things done in a timely manner. I haven't had good experiences with dentist's in the past, so I'm very glad I was able to find him.

I have had 2 dental implants with Dr. Nyvold, a crown and a splint. Both implants have been very successful and I would get more if I needed them, thought I hope I dont'. He has been very good at repairing the splint when it broke at no charge to me. Recently he gave me a $600 night guard at no charge to help me not break the splint. I thought that was very considerate of him.

About Hygienist: The Hygenist is not so good. She is a little too over enthusiastic with the picker and scraper. My daughter had a very bad experience with her where she was told she was going to get mouth cancer. How could you predict that?

Over the years I have had 5 previous dentists. Dr. Nyvold is a superior dentist in every way. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe my experience as one of his patients. I will never change dentists unless he retires--he's that great. Caring, gentle, he listens, you know he cares about you as an individual and he explains treatment in words you can understand. On top of it all, he is highly skilled and it is actually a pleasure to see him and his staff. I have never had a bad moment of any kind at Westwood Dental.

The office is pleasant, the facilities are modern and comfortable, the staff is first-class, and Dr. Nyvold is very nice. They made me feel welcome, and were not judgmental, even though I don't always take very good care of my teeth.

You gotta love Dr. Nyvold! Tom is caring and compassionate about dental work. Although he takes off to play golf every once in a while (who can blame him) his hours are very easy to work around. I really like his staff. Brenda was very helpful. Janice has cleaned my teeth and she must have done a great job because I can actually remember her name. I will say that my insurance is changing and he doesn't accept my new one but I still plan of going to his office. Tom does a great job- keep up the good work!

I have been meaning to write this review for a while and I kept forgetting. I was in there about 2 months ago for my cleaning and I have got to tell you that it was a great experience. Dr. Nyvold took the time to talk to me about my dental health but most impressive is his staff. They greeted me at the door, offered me coffee and then walked me out when I was finished. That Brenda is a real sweatie! I just love hearing how Laurie's kids are growing up - I kinda feel like family.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and I when I get there they always take me right away, I never have to wait long. Dr. Nyvold is very gentle, I had one filling and it did not hurt a bit. The hygenists always do a very thorough cleaning and they are quick!

Dr. Nyvold has done crowns and an implant for me. His nurses are so sweet. I was worried about my temporary crown but it worked out just great. Brenda made sure that I was able to get a payment plan that I could afford. They even called me the next day to see if everything was good and it was. Last week I was in to see Dr. Nyvold. Sadly, I needed some work. The prices and services were broken down for me and I scheduled for the treatment. I trust this office and Dr. Nyvold. The only improvement I would suggest is better music selection on the radio. I was listening to "old folks music at the USO" the whole visit. By the way, thanks for the calander- way cool stuff in the back.

This dentist ROCKS! His staff is awesome. What a team. Brenda always makes sure to ask me how my visit went and asks me what they could have done to make my visit more enjoyable. I always answer that they are the best and no improvements are needed. Used to hate dentists, now, not so much.
