I had a Root Canal Retreatment and Apicoectomy done at Clear Creek Endodontic s and am thoroughly impressed with the work and care that I was given. After seeing my general Dentist I was referred to a Periodontist that ended up recommended that I see an Endodontist. Instead off the standard referral from one doctor to another, I wanted to do the research and find a doctor on my own. The qualities that I was looking for were; an incredibly skilled doctor, a practice that cares about the patient, an office that has the latest technology and equipment, and reviews from other patients (which I found an overwhelming amount at doctoroogle). After the consultation with Dr. Newcomb, I found the place I was looking for. Dr. Newcomb was very positive and realistic in regards to the procedure and every step was taken to get as much information as possible prior to the procedure. The Retreatment and Apicoectomy for my tooth was somewhat complicated. Dr. Newcomb was positive and realistic during the entire procedure. I feel very comfortable that Dr. Newcomb found the problem and other issues with my previous root canal, and treated me accordingly. The follow up care was also outstanding. Youre definitely in good hands at Clear Creak Endo!

I needed to have a root-canal procedure and my family dentist reffered me to Dr.Newcomb. The office setting is really nice and I found the staff to be very plesant and helpful.

Dr. Newcomb is very good at explaining the procedure options, risks, and probabilities of a successful treatment. He is very cheerful and quickly puts a patient at ease. My procedure went very well and I made a quick recovery.

I have had so many issues with a couple teeth and been to numerous specialists and only Dr. Newcomb seemed to be able to find the problem...and actually fix it! I now have another problem tooth and I am back to see him. Once again he was able to find the problem and I have an appt. to get it taken care of. I have been diagnosed with trigeminal neuragia, and many dentists and a couple endodontists basically blamed this when I knew it was really a tooth. I just can't fully describe in words how much Dr. Newcomb has helped me! I would highly recommend seeing him if a root canal is even a question. I was referred to Dr. Newcomb by my Dentist for a root canal. They were able to get me in within 26 hours of my diagnosis. I was very nervous as I never had a root canal before. They were able to help me to relax and while I was having the procedure I watched a documentary on the flat screen above the chair. This office is truly like a spa. I even received a warm wrap with Lavender for my shoulders to relieve the stress.

All of the staff was outstanding. They are also a paperless office which was cool.

John performed my first root canal 3 days ago. Like many other reviews say, the office is spotless, state-of-the-art, and very welcoming. I enjoyed watching a DVD during my procedure. My only complaint is that John had me laughing so much that I had trouble keeping my mouth open for the root canal. I have had virtually no pain. Dixie was wonderful, as was everyone I encountered in the office. I highly recommend them!

I had a root canal this morning. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning - the x-rays were pain free, they numbed me right away and then they got started. I watched a dvd of my choice and they explained everything to me as they went along. The place is beautiful, clean, and everyone was genuinely nice! The equipment used looked like the latest and greatest equipment out there. It was very impressive! I would recemmond this place to everyone (I have already recommended them to everyone at work!).

I was impressed the moment I walked into Dr Newcomb's office. The atmosphere was inviting and his staff was very welcoming and made you feel right at home. One could only feel that Dr. Newcomb didn't treat you like a number but as a real person who's only concern at that moment was to help you feel better and get you out of your physical " PAIN ". When my root canal was finished and he sent me home I was somewhat concerned about the after affects, but to my surprise I had no pain at all, not even the shot. From the time you walk in and are greeted by the front staff and notice the calming upscale decor you know this is a nice friendly place. You may be in agony but you will start to relax and feel at ease. The wonderful woman up front offered me a beverage and called my insurance company to get things rolling as I sat comfortably waiting for not more than ten minutes. Dr. Newcomb introduced himself and that is when you realize that you are the star and everything revolves around you and making you pain free. Within minutes I was numb and comfortably situated for the procedure. (Root canal) the doctor is gifted in communication skills telling you what he plans to do and what you can expect. The only negative thing about my visit was the fact that Doctor Newcomb is out of network making this visit very expensive for me.

Excellent service was provided beginning with the phone call to confirm my appointment to the actual root canal. My appointment was made the same day my dentist determined I needed the root canal, saving me from a weekend of pain.

This was my first root canal so you can imagine the apprehension I was feeling going to a doctor I'd never met before, for a procedure I'd never had. Everyone was friendly, efficient, informative and professional. The office has a relaxed atmosphere with offers of coffee, tea, water etc. while you wait. But the wait wasn't long at all. They answered all my questions and did their best to put me at ease.

Dr. Newcomb has a great chair-side manner. He explained what he was looking for as he checked my teeth, showed me with the online x-rays what he saw, and told me why he felt a root canal should be done. He was friendly yet professional and has a great sense of humor. All that helped to alleviate my nervousness.
