Dr. Jeff and his staff are fantastic! The treatment proposal for our son was explained precisely, was prepared for a very timely (and quick!) treatment timeline -- and I was pleasantly surprised on how affordable it is! Insurance was processed for treatment, before the braces were put on! Dr. Jeff and his staff are always tremendously friendly, and always take the time to address parents and patients by name; always have they shown kind, gentle, knowledgeable and extremely professional chair-side manner. Dr. Jeffs practice is the ultimate in "kid-friendly"; he has an amazing collection of Looney Tunes works of art, proudly displayed throughout; big screen TV's are mounted on the walls, always playing the latest and greatest animated releases (distractions). For parents, it's so refreshing to walk into an establishment where, the reception team greets you warmly (by name), the seating/waiting area is comfortable and bright - and the Starbuck's machine is always ready to serve!
