Dr. Garza and her staff are very friendly and great with my kids, but more importantly very professional. They are very responsive to returning phone calls and getting my kids in as soon as possible for fixing bracketts (sp?) and popped out wires and the like. Dr. Garza is extremely good at answering my question about procedures and expected outcomes, without talking over my head; it's quite refreshing. We met Dr. Garza at one of her Community Days for Kids over 4 yrs ago. She recommended seeing my daughter who was then 7 for a consult. We were seen by her office every 6 months for updated x-rays, photos etc. for almost 2 years before we ever paid a penny! My daughter has a complicated case and will require 2 stages of braces...we have completed the 1st and her teeth look 100% better than they did when we had our first consult(she has a very crowded mouth). She is now seeing my son as well although he has not yet started treatment. The office and care staff are all very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Garza couldn't be sweeter and kinder. She really has each individual's appearance, jaw and teeth functionality and health at heart. I don't think her prices are the least expensive but we have been very pleased with her work and absolutely love her as a person, and both these things mean alot in a world where you don't get personal attention that often anymore! We recommend her to everyone looking for an orthodontist!

My dentist recommended Dr Garza to correct my jaw and bite alignment. She is wonderful! The initial assessment is very thorough and everything was explained so I could understand it. I never had a long wait at an appointment, the office was alway cheery and friendly. My treatment with braces was very successful and included a lengthy followed up to ensure it lasts. She is so knowledgeable and the office staff is so nice & efficient that I took my 2 childern to her for orthodonic care as well. My son has a sensitive mouth and strong gag reflex but that is no problem for them. They helped identify medical issues for my daughter that previous dentists and a doctor had missed. The kids go willingly for visits and don't complain about pain or discomfort. The comfy chairs and movies make them want to stay all day! Dr Garza gladly worked with our family dentist and other specialist when needed. We had a complicated insurance situation and Dr Garza's staff was very good at filing the claims. I think Dr. Garza is very expensive compared with other orthodontists. The atmosphere seems very artificial to me and when I have heard the nurses talk to each other and the front desk people, they don't seem very nice to each other. It was hard to get a straight answer for price of treatment but when new accountant came, I was able to get a straight answer and the amount of pay off. I do think Dr. Garza is very professional and knows what she is doing.

I got braces when I was in 9th grade at Perfect Teeth, had them for 3 years, got them off and hated my teeth. They didn't meet, looked bucked, and my jaws started hurting ALL the time. I couldn't afford to get them fixed for 5 years.

I heard many good things about Dr. Garza and finally decided to go see her for a consultation. After talking to her, I knew immediately that she was who I wanted to work on my teeth. I was in braces again for about a year and a half and now I can't stop smiling. My jaw doesn't hurt any more, my teeth meet when I chew, and I don't look like like I have buck teeth anymore.

I am a little over halfway through orthodontic treatment under Dr. Garza's expertise, and so far she has been able to close the open bite quite a bit. After teeth grinding issues for my 49 years, you can imagine how worn down my little pearlies are, but we are well on our way to removing the problem permanently. I never thought it would be possible and am excited to see the finished results. She is on the pricey side but if you are searching for expertise in a medical field, you will always have to pay for it. She is well worth the investment, in my opinion.

Her personal experiences with orthodontics make her a very compassionate, driven doctor who works diligently to achieve the best results for each patient. Dr. Garza works with the patient's bone structure and jaw joint to move teeth and bones biologically. This technique is employed to prevent future problems from unnatural alignment. This is my second experience with orthodontics since the treatment I received for an overbite as a child moved my jaw joint unnaturraly and was the most likely cause of TMJ symptoms. Dr. Garza is amazing! Not only is she the sweetest person, she does excellent work. Her caring approach is what makes the difference. Combine this with state of the art treatment methods, and it all adds up to a great experience. I compared a number of different orthodontists for my daughter, but I liked Dr. Garza and her treatment approach the best. She explained her treatment plan to both my daughter and I, which made my daughter feel very comfortable. She uses lots of pictures which I like. As a parent, I find the staff very up front and helpful - they answer my questions before I even ask. As a "victim" of orthodontics (high school and then again as an adult), I am so pleased at Dr. Garza's competency and positive attitude. I have yet to hear a discouraging word from anyone in this office.

We have some complex insurance issues, but they were fully taken care of. Price was much more reasonable than my own experiences in the past.
