Patient Review 1:
My daughter has had her first full treatment with Dr. Urbaniak. The have a lot of fun while in the office. Dr. Urbaniak is always cracking jokes, wearing funny hats, having contests for the kids, etc. But the work of getting the teeth straightened is serious business. They are very clear about the plan and what they can and can't do. I would HIGHL recommend this ortho team.
Treatment Length with Dr. Urbaniak: 4 years.

HOLY COW!! These guys are incredible! Dr. Jim makes going to the orthodontist FUN! He and his staff, have worked magic on both our kids teeth. He's a perfectionist when it comes his practice. His attention to detail is amazing. The entire office staff is professional and provide personal service. My daughter cried when her braces were taken off because that ment our frequent visits were over. Dr. Jim and his staff are the BEST!!

Patient Review 3:
Dr. Urbaniak and his staff make getting braces nearly fun!They play great music, crack jokes and encourage their patients to take good care of their teeth with fun incentives. They offer starbucks to the parents in the waiting room and give the kids free meals at local restaurants for good appointments. Not only do they encourage the kids to take good care of their teeth but they post news articles that highlight their patients as they succeed in their areas of interest. They take before and after pictures to show their patients how worth it getting braces is! A great place to take your kids to get the dreaded braces. I also appreciate that they wait until the children are at an appropriate place in their growth so there are not duplicate braces. Very expert service. We are about to start kid number two of three and have throughally enjoyed our time at Dr. Urbaniak's office.

Patient Review 4:
I took my daughter (age 5) in to have a cavity drilled, the hygienist told her to lie down and placed the n2o mask on her. My daughter sat up and asked what the mask was, the hygienist was very rude and told her to put the mask on or she would send daddy away. This caused my little girl to start to panic and cry. The hygienist then said, "the visit is cancelled, go reschedule in 6 months, maybe she will be better then". Total time in the office from, "come on back " to "go reschedule the visit" 3 minutes. My daughter left the office in tears crying "why do they always yell at me". We will never go back to someone who treats a child this way.

Patient Review 5:
This pediatric dental group used to be very good. They treated my son very well. However, my daughter they have no patience with at all. I am very disappointed. She needs a filling, and they gave my husband one chance and 2 min max to calm her down, gave up and sent them away. Not very patient with children. Pretty sad for a pediatric dental clinic.
