My cleanings and procedures at Ascent have always started promptly, been fast and pain-free, and performed at surprsingly low costs considering the state-of-the-art equipment. I'd like to mention a downside in order to provide an objective review but can't think of any. I don't even live in Denver any longer, but I still schedule my examinations and cleanings with Dr. Johnston when I'm in town. Highly recommended.

Fabulous! Dr. Johnston was extremely attentive both during my office visits and after. He called twice to follow-up and ensure everything was going well. I had four caveties filled after having a terrible experience with another dentist. My procedures at Ascent Dental were all extremely quick, totally painless and anxiety free. The technology, like the camara that takes pictures of your teeth, makes the process not only informative so you know (and can see) exactly what is going on with your teeth, it also makes it comfortable and non-invasive. I have already recommended Dr. Johnston to all my friends and family. It really is like a health spa with the nicest people! Great service from the initial phone call through the follow-up.

Dr. Johnston had to re-bond a retainer my orthodontist had put on...he was able to fit me in right away, there was minimal paperwork, and virtually no wait time. I was able to pick the form of financing that worked best for me. The retainer has been great ever since!

Who thought that going to the dentist would be as relaxing and comfortable as getting a hair cut! I had been putting off having a tooth extracted; I was worried about the discomfort of having it done. A friend recommended Dr Johnston. I couldnt believe the warm and welcoming staff and setting. This is not the scary, 1970s era Dentist office you might remember as a kid. The Ascent Dental office is loaded with the latest technology in a comfortable and modern setting. From the TV screens to the massaging dental chairs, and one-on-one consultation and explanation of procedures, Dr Johnston and Staff strive to make each patients visit as comfortable and pain-free as possible.

Had my first visit to this office today after struggling to find a dentist and I was VERY impressed.

First, I'm a working professional, so the early hours (opens at 7:00) was huge. It meant they value my time. That seemed to be a theme, that Dr. Johnston values his patients. The amenities were all terrific, from a nice waiting area, to the mounted TV's/video scrrens and the very comfortable chairs. Sure, amenities aren't the end-all-be-all at the dentist, but they do make it a more pleasant experience.

As for the care, Dr. Johnston and Debbie were terrific. Very efficient and very informative. No pain and plenty of information for the future.

Couldn't recommend Dr. Johnston more highly.

Dr. Johnston is awesome! He laid out a treatment plan for me that was not overwhelming. He explained the reasoning behind all of his suggestions and was able to show me what he saw on the monitors that are there right at the chair. His office is very inviting and comfortable. If you are looking for a dentist I highly suggest Dr. Johnston.

I found Dr. Johnston when my previous dentist lacked a proactive approach to mouth pain I was experiencing. Dr. Johnston assessed my teeth and gums and immediately referred me to a dental implant specialist. I can't say enough good things about this dental office! Dr. Johnston and staff are all very friendly and do truly care about their patients, not to mention the fact I can watch TV and block out what they're doing in my mouth~ I have a tremendous fear of dentists, but I'm slowly overcoming it thanks to Dr. Johnston.

I've seen Dr. Johnston for an exam, regular cleanings, a couple of fillings and had a root canal. I would say I've had a pretty pleasurable experience going to this office. Definitely a comfortable atmosphere; liked having a TV to watch while getting my work done. He was upfront with me on what needed to be done in order of importance and obviously what was in my budget. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Johnston.
